Taiwan's fragrant black teas have a natural honey-fruit aroma, a gentle, sun-soaked fragrance. Wenshan Baozhong tea is refreshing and elegant, a gift woven from the mountains and mists of northern Taiwan. Behind these flavors lie decades of tea-making traditions and the "Youzhong Tea Cooperative," a network of local smallholder farmers who employ sustainable farming practices to protect every tea plantation and every sip of tea.

The Youzhong Tea Cooperative is a tea organization founded by a group of young tea lovers who returned from the city. They believe that true tea resonates with the land. They select Wenshan Baozhong tea from the pure water of Pinglin, and adhere to traditional tea-making techniques and insist on hand-scenting, resulting in tea that exudes elegant floral fragrance and a mellow, honey-yellow tea soup. The team also integrates the tea industry, natural ecology, and local culture to offer experiential courses at the "New Tea Academy." They also connect local tea farmers with brand resources to promote a new era for Taiwanese tea.

Wenshan Pouchong Tea

The fragrance is light and elegant, the tea is just like the place where it was grown.

Wenshan Baozhong tea, originating from the Pinglin Mountains in Taipei, is a representative lightly fermented tea from Taiwan. Its leaves are tightly packed and emerald green, while its clear, slightly yellowish tea soup offers a natural floral aroma and delicate fruity notes. Due to its misty alpine environment, the tea leaves grow slowly, resulting in a smooth, flavorful tea ideal for savory and slow sipping. Wenshan Baozhong is not only a refined expression of Taiwanese tea culture, but also a truly exceptional green tea that captures the essence of the land.
